- We have a 5 bay workshop equiped to repair, build, monitor PC's ,Laptops and Peripherals. This service is a must for customers bringing to us their equipment and for us to returning defective products from the field.

- We understand Business to Business, we cant expect our Business clients and home office workers to stop their productive work just to have their computers repaired. We also understand that productive business is also via the computer hence have the facilities to come to you by arrangement, either adhoc or under maintenance contract. We would return an affected PC back to workshop if necessary for a rapid turnaround repair.
- Very often , people being humans and PC's being electronic and vulnerable, there is a high probability that from time to time, your data will be either accidently deleted, lost or damaged. We at LG Computers have the skill and resources to recover 90% of most cases of lost or damaged data. In our workshop there ar 2 dedicated skeleton PC units just for random and urgent data recovery services.
- LG Remote service
90% of repairs are made via the www.Logmein.com control panel we subscribe to. Primarily this is for our contracted customers, but very often through time and customer loyalty, we provide an honoury remote service.
- This product provides a total peace of mind service where all your data , whether on your server or workstation is remotely protected by backing up onto our LG Defender remote backup server. This is automated and timed outside working hours and is regualarly monitored against the regular schedules set. In turn this translates to you not needing to remember to backup occasionally to External drives, CDs, or Tapes. Or very often this service is an extension of your current data backup by way of removing the risk of fire and total loss. Sometimes mandatory for insurance and data compliance laws set by different Medical, and construction authorities.
- This product provides a total service from the acquisition of Domain Name through to hosting for Email, Web space and file transfers. As from February 2012 we will have in place our new dedicated server based at 1&1 server house with a superfast backbone and running on Linux technology. This means we can provide state of the art Spam filtering and super quick web site responses including Asp and PhP support.
LG Special configurations for remote services
Many of our customers have the need to remote their office PC from home. LG Computers have the special skills to provide that special configuration via your routers to allow external conection through to your PC directly. There are several ways to achieve the same thing, so its best to be discussed to suit your needs.
- We can provide additional telephone lines by using Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), via your Internet connection. This particularly useful when there are no more extra lines available by BT exchange in your area, or if you have C0-location situations as a company where all your calls between sites would be free and treated as extensions. Running costs are also extremely cheap running from as little as £4.00 per month per line. Other benefits are that you can have a BT line number based in any part of the country even if you are based locally in Southampton.
